001 — DISCOVERY

Production schedules are developed, vendors confirmed + event elements prepared. Every detail is coordinated to ensure the final experience is as considered in execution as it is in design.

Every project begins with a conversation to establish objectives, audience, venue, logistics + budget. This initial stage defines the parameters that guide the work ahead.

The concept takes shape through moodboards, visual references + a considered creative direction, establishing the aesthetic and atmosphere of the event.

The creative direction is translated into a cohesive event plan, supported by floor plans, rendered visuals + the practical details required to bring the concept to life.

Every element is reviewed + refined until the design is resolved. Once approved, the project moves from concept into production planning.
